Tip #1 - Take Probiotics
If you are anything like me and always suffer from bloating I have a tip for you. Use probiotics you can find them anywhere at a pharmacy or health store. They're widely available!- Since I started taking probiotics my belly pouch literally disappeared. Feeling much more regular and with a flatter tighter stomach.
Tip #2 - No Carbs
Try to avoid carbs for two days while you're trying to get bikini ready, carbs have a tendency to bloat especially the white carbs. If you have to have carbs, I'd steer towards oats, brown rice, quinoa etc.

Tip #3 - No Sodium
Honestly, sodium is your biggest enemy at this point. Sodium is a huge cause for bloating and water retention. You'll find high concentration of sodium in processed foods, salt, and sodas.
Tip #4 - Alcohol free
Don't kill me yet! lol- I know that perhaps all you want to do is sip on that cold champagne by the sea or have any cocktail favorite of your choice. But just don't consume while you're getting ready for your big bikini day(s). Alcohol contains a lot of sugar and sugar turns into fat and also contributes to water retention. But once you made it and feel confident by all mean enjoy that glass. You deserve it!
Tip #5 - Eat RAw Foods
Raw foods are an excellent choice to debloat and depuff as it's all natural and there's no preservatives involved. So, plenty of raw vegetables and fruits will help you shed off that unwanted weight.
Lastly but not least. Confidence.
In the end of the day what matters the most is YOU feeling confident. In love with your body and feeling grateful for all it does for you. Confidence is a major key point. Love yourself and others will follow.
